Don Scott, Ph.D.

Doctor Don Scott, another contributor to the Thunderbolts Project, earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 1968 and was a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Massachusetts, Amherst for 39 years.
